| My three storied A-frame is set in an extensive compound with many specimen trees and has beautiful mountain views from the bedrooms. I am a retired teacher, now a spinner and have a dog. My other interests are tramping (I have a good knowledge of local walking tracks), and cross country skiing. I am learning to play croquet. |

spectacular Lake Hawea - good fishing, boating and swimming plus a gentle
walking track. Out the back gate is a children's playground and a tennis court. |
